    Your questions, answered

    How far in advance do I need to book?

    We recommend booking 3 to 5 weeks in advance for strategy, calls and individual portrait sessions, and 5 to 8 weeks for full brand, productions and commercial campaigns to allow ample time for creative direction and production.

    Where are sessions and productions held?

    We are located in San Diego, California with offices in Baja California Sur and New York City, but depending on the package selected, sessions take place on-location, in our referred studio, or virtually for strategy and mentorship. Location, specifics and menu fees are always detailed during pre-production. Travel fees apply.

    How and when will I receive my final deliverables?

    Digital strategy materials and action items are delivered within 72 hours of our call. High resolution galleries are delivered via private online portal within 10 to 14 business days complete with usage rights.

    Can I customize a package of my project needs don't fit the listed options?

    Absolutely! Well, our options cover most creative needs we regularly build custom production, scopes, and retainer structures for complex brand projects. Inquire via our contact form to discuss custom visual strategy.

    What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

    Because we hold dedicated production time and coordinate studio rentals or creative resources specifically for you, retainers are nonrefundable and non-transferable to other services or individuals.

    We completely understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session or call, you can do so with at least seven days advance notice for a nominal 10% rebooking fee. Rescheduling with less than seven days notice we required new retainer to reserve your date.
